Accordingly, implementing the guiding documents and directions of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the implementation of the arrangement and organization of the apparatus of the political system to ensure streamlining, effective and efficient operation, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Confederation of Labor has developed a Project to establish the Party Bloc Trade Union and the Government Bloc Trade Union of Lam Dong province.
At the Conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to end the activities of the Industry Trade Unions and the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union; the decision to establish the Party Bloc Trade Union, establish the Government Bloc Trade Union as well as appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and job titles of the Party Bloc Trade Union and the Government Bloc Trade Union.

| Launching the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Government Trade Union |
Lam Dong Provincial Government Trade Union is a grassroots trade union under the Provincial Labor Federation, established with 78 grassroots trade unions. The term of the Government Trade Union is the first term, 2023 - 2028. Comrade Ngo Van Son - Former Chairman of the Education Sector Trade Union holds the position of Chairman of the Provincial Government Trade Union.
Both the Party Bloc Trade Union and the Provincial Government Bloc Trade Union will come into operation from March 1, 2025.

Comrade Hoang Lien - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation requested the two newly established grassroots trade unions to closely follow their functions and tasks and implement activities from March 1. At the same time, the two trade union organizations quickly develop working regulations for the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, assign responsibilities to cadres in the agency; develop a work program with 19 targets according to the resolution of the Provincial Labor Federation; develop a plan to organize the Congress in July.
Comrade Hoang Lien also requested the Labor Federations of the districts to receive, direct, guide and assist the transferred grassroots trade unions.
The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor also respectfully request the Party Committees of the Provincial Party agencies, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the leaders to pay attention to directing the Party Bloc Trade Union and the Government Bloc Trade Union to operate effectively.
