At that time, two trucks, both with yellow business license plates, including a mobile tire repair vehicle and a small truck carrying scaffolding, were traveling on Tran Van Giau Street, heading towards Long An Province. On the way, the two drivers had a conflict because they thought they were driving too fast for each other.

Then, the two drivers stopped the car in the middle of Ba Lat bridge, argued loudly, grabbed each other's hair, and fought...

When some people at the scene intervened, the two drivers got in their car and left.

Immediately after the above clip went viral on social networks, local authorities stepped in to verify, invited the two people involved to work, and handled them according to legal regulations.
