Mobilize workers to promote initiative, creativity, and technical innovation

Kinhtedothi - The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) mobilizes union members and workers to compete in studying, improving professional qualifications and skills; promoting initiatives, creativity, technical improvements, promoting research and application of science and technology, increasing labor productivity and work efficiency;

On December 13, at the 6th Conference of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term XIII, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor launched an emulation movement among cadres, workers, civil servants, laborers (CNVCLĐ) and trade unions at all levels in 2025.

Party Central Committee member, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang said that to celebrate the country's important events and contribute to the cause of national construction and development, the emulation movement in 2025 has the theme: determined to innovate, actively create, improve labor productivity, work efficiency, save, fight waste, welcome party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Patriotic Emulation Congress at all levels, and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor launched emulation campaigns at all levels of trade unions to widely propagate Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation and the working class, trade union organizations; the Party's guidelines, the State's policies, and trade union organizations, especially the Trade Union Law (amended), the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; results of patriotic emulation movements in the 2021-2025 period, the organization of patriotic emulation congresses at all levels and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress among workers.

Emulation arouses, spreads, and strongly promotes the spirit of solidarity, self-confidence, self-reliance, national pride, and the desire to develop the country, raising awareness and responsibility of union members, cadres, and employees to strive, improve labor productivity, work efficiency, and contribute to the excellent completion of assigned tasks in work positions.

Compete to effectively organize and implement programs, plans and projects to concretize Resolution 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo on Innovation in the organization and operation of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation; compete to improve the quality and effectiveness of activities to represent and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests, care for the lives and ensure jobs for union members and workers. Mobilize union members and workers to promote initiatives and creativity, compete to build, speed up the progress and complete projects, models and products to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, the 14th National Congress of the Party...

In particular, thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies on streamlining the organizational apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of trade union activities at all levels; promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations to propagate and mobilize union members, cadres, civil servants and public employees to agree and comply with decisions on organizational arrangement and job positions.

For union officials, compete to study, improve awareness, political level, professional knowledge and understanding of law, and skills in mass mobilization work. Be proactive, creative,   Propose good models, new, creative and effective ways of doing things in trade union activities; strive and be responsible for excellently completing professional tasks.

For union members and workers in enterprises, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor launches emulation movements to study and improve professional qualifications and skills; promotes initiatives, creativity, technical improvements, promotes research and application of science and technology, increases labor productivity and work efficiency; proposes solutions to contribute to ensuring health, safety, employment and income for workers.

For union members, cadres, civil servants and public employees, compete to innovate working processes, improve the quality and effectiveness of research and advisory work, especially tasks in the work of formulating policies, laws; work to prevent and combat corruption and waste; reform administrative procedures in the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility , accompanying the business community to overcome difficulties, improving competitiveness, contributing to the completion of socio-economic targets of the locality, industry and the country...

The emulation movement is organized in 2 phases. Phase 1: from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025); Phase 2: from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
