To achieve international certification for sustainable development, Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort has completed 154 required items according to standards related to the topics: sustainable management, environmental management and people. During the assessment process, the unit used specialized monitoring tools to conduct continuous inspection and assessment over a long period of time. The actual results and data collected are closely assessed and monitored by experts, ensuring the most objectivity and accuracy.

The completion of these 154 items demonstrates Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort’s strong commitment to protecting the environment and improving the quality of life of the community. This is not only an achievement for this unit but also a testament to the ability of businesses in Vietnam to achieve the highest international standards of sustainable development. Travelife is a certification program for achieving sustainability criteria in the tourism industry, managed by ABTA – the Association of British Travel Agents – with the aim of providing units in the tourism sector with practical solutions for sustainable development. Established in 2007, Travelife has helped more than 1,300 members, including hotels, restaurants, and travel businesses around the world, effectively improve their environmental, social, and economic impacts.
In recent times, Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort has also been recognized and honored by domestic organizations and agencies with many achievements. Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort is currently one of 25 businesses, units, and destinations in Quang Nam to be granted green tourism certification according to the Quang Nam Green Tourism Criteria.
