The 6th Conference of Advanced Models of Tra Vinh Provincial People's Procuracy

Attending the conference were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Head and Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Emulation Bloc; leaders of the People's Court and Tra Vinh Provincial Police.

Also attending the conference were Deputy Chief Prosecutors, Heads of Departments, Deputy Heads of Departments of the Provincial People's Procuracy, Chief Prosecutors, Deputy Chief Prosecutors of District People's Procuracies, and civil servants who are individuals with outstanding achievements in the period 2020 - 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Quoc Han , Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Procuracy delivered the opening speech at the conference.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Nguyen Quoc Han, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy affirmed that in the period of 2020-2025, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, the collectives and individuals at the People's Procuracy at two levels of Tra Vinh province have promoted a high sense of responsibility, solidarity, discipline, and courage to excellently complete assigned tasks with outstanding achievements, thereby being awarded many noble titles.

The 6th Advanced Model Conference is an important event to summarize, evaluate and commend outstanding collectives and individuals in the Provincial People's Procuracy, and is also an opportunity to exchange and share experiences from typical examples, thereby raising the sense of responsibility and solidarity to jointly build and enhance the position and prestige of the People's Procuracy in the locality.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the People's Procuracy of Tra Vinh province was awarded the "Emulation Flag of the People's Procuracy" by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy in 2021, 2022, 2023; and was awarded the "Typical and excellent unit in the emulation movement" flag by the Provincial People's Committee in 2023.

In addition, at the two-level People's Procuracy of the province, 09 collectives were awarded the "Emulation Flag of the People's Procuracy"; 05 collectives and 88 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy; 04 individuals were recognized as "Emulation Fighters of the People's Procuracy"; 08 collectives were recognized as "Excellent Labor Collective"; 94 individuals were "Basic Emulation Fighters". Many collectives and individuals achieved high achievements in other emulation movements by topic and on a whim.

Through the summary report of the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020-2025, delegates attending the conference expressed their high consensus with the results achieved in the emulation and reward work of the People's Procuracy of Tra Vinh province in the past 5 years, as well as the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome in the coming time.

The conference received many comments from delegates with good experience sharing in emulation work associated with the implementation of functions and tasks of the Industry.

At the Conference, the Provincial People's Procuracy Chief commended and awarded Certificates of Merit to 09 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in the period of 2020-2025. At the same time, a number of outstanding and typical advanced collectives and individuals were selected to attend the 7th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the People's Procuracy in 2025 organized by the Supreme People's Procuracy.

After launching the emulation movement for the new period 2025 - 2030, in order to continue promoting the achieved results and reaping many new successes in the coming time, the leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy requested the collectives and individuals of the Provincial People's Procuracy at two levels to promote information and propaganda about the position, role, functions, tasks, building and spreading the image of the Tra Vinh Procuracy inside and outside the province; well implementing patriotic emulation movements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the 7th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the People's Procuracy towards the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress associated with activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the People's Procuracy; demonstrating the role of an active member of Emulation Cluster No. 13 and the Internal Affairs Emulation Bloc of the province.

Continue to strive to improve the quality of work, innovate working methods to suit the new situation according to the content of Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW, dated February 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on a number of contents and tasks to continue to arrange and streamline the apparatus of the political system in 2025 and reform the judiciary under the direction of the Central Committee and the Supreme People's Procuracy; focus on improving professional qualifications, training moral qualities, promoting a sense of responsibility, dedication and effort in work to better perform assigned tasks.

Promoting achievements, overcoming limitations and shortcomings to improve work quality and efficiency. Effectively implementing Directive No. 41-CT/TW, dated December 26, 2024 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over emulation and reward work in the new situation.

Each civil servant and employee needs to register for specific emulation content associated with assigned duties and tasks. Continue to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation to bring about better work results, from Party work, management, direction, operation, work of the Emulation and Reward Council to professional and technical work.
