"When transferring tasks to the provincial and communal levels, we will have to continue to perform the tasks better," Mr. Hop emphasized.

Major General Hop also requested the entire force to quickly take up new tasks, ensure security and order are not interrupted, and handle administrative procedures for people and businesses.

"We must promote a sense of responsibility, initiative, and creativity in advising, proposing, guiding, and directing commune-level police according to the "hand-holding, showing" mechanism and the spirit that functional departments must do "better, with higher quality" when not organizing district-level police," said Mr. Hop.

In addition, the reception and handover of work, documents, records, equipment and assets of police units and localities must be completed as soon as possible so that officers and soldiers can work with peace of mind in their new units.
