Regulation 144 of the Politburo was issued in the context of preparing for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, demonstrating our Party's determination to build and rectify the Party. The regulation has very specifically stated the requirements, criteria, and ethical standards for cadres and Party members.
The province also determined that Regulation 144 will be the guideline for Party committees at all levels in the province to review, evaluate, and select cadres to include in the planning and introduction of new Party committee elections.
Officials and party members attended the conference to disseminate and implement Regulation 144 of the Politburo in Ha Tinh, towards Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
In 2025, Ha Tinh will join the whole country in holding Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress. Therefore, regulation 144 is one of the measures to evaluate the capacity, moral qualities, and prestige of the contingent of cadres and Party members, and is also one of the bases for training, fostering, and selecting personnel to prepare for Party Congresses at all levels.
