On the morning of March 5, Long An Department of Construction coordinated with investor Prodezi Long An to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the first social housing apartment building of 2025.
The project is built in the LA Home ecological urban area in Luong Hoa commune, Ben Luc district, Long An province with a total area of 500 hectares.
Long An provincial leaders and investors performed the groundbreaking ceremony for social housing.
According to the investor, the project has a scale of 400 apartments in the LA Home urban area located next to Luong Hoa - Binh Chanh Avenue on the My Quy Tay - Luong Hoa - Binh Chanh traffic axis. This is one of 6 routes planned by Long An province to become a driving force for the orientation of becoming the economic center of the South by 2030.
The investor representative said that they are well aware of the importance of social housing in attracting human resources, creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of urban areas and industrial parks in Long An. At the same time, they are committed to speeding up construction progress, ensuring the quality of the project to soon hand over homes to residents.
According to Mr. Huynh Van Son, Vice Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee has a project to develop social housing for the period up to 2025, with a vision to 2030 in the province. Accordingly, the goal is to complete 22,500 units by 2025, of which Ben Luc district has 2,044 units; in the period 2026 - 2030, 48,750 units will be invested in construction, of which Ben Luc has 5,640 units.
It can be said that social housing is not only a place to live but also a symbol of the concern of the Party, State and local authorities for people's lives.
Long An started construction of the first 400 social housing apartment project in 20025.
The project is implemented by Prodezi Long An to build social housing apartments with an area of over 7,000m2, with a scale of 400 apartments, designed in a modern, convenient manner, meeting standards of quality, safety and environmental friendliness.
Upon completion, the project will provide housing for more than 1,000 people, creating conditions for people to have a stable life, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of Long An province.
This is an important event, contributing to affirming the strong commitment of Long An provincial government and enterprises in caring for and improving the lives of people and workers.
