After more than four years of suspension, toll stations of the BOT project on route DT768 are about to resume collecting tolls to recover project capital.
On March 5, Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company announced that toll stations of the BOT project Road 768 in Bien Hoa City and Vinh Cuu District (Dong Nai Province) will resume collecting tolls from 8:00 a.m. on April 5.

The BOT project on Road 768 will continue to collect tolls at stations 1, 3A, 3B and 4 on Road 768, and stations 2A and 2B on Dong Khoi Street.
Accordingly, the road service fee at toll stations is as follows: Vehicles with less than 12 seats, trucks with a load capacity of less than 2 tons and public passenger buses have a price of 20,000 VND/trip, 600,000 VND/month, 1,620,000 VND/quarter.
Vehicles from 12 seats to 30 seats, trucks with a load capacity from 2 tons to under 4 tons, 30,000 VND/trip, 900,000 VND/month, 2,430,000 VND/quarter.
Vehicles with 31 seats or more, trucks with a load capacity of 4 tons to under 10 tons have prices of 44,000 VND/month, 1,320,000 VND/quarter, 3,564,000 VND/quarter, respectively.
Trucks with a load capacity from 10 tons to under 18 tons and trucks carrying goods in 20-foot containers have a price of 80,000 VND/trip, 2,400,000 VND/month, 6,480,000 VND/quarter.
Trucks with a load capacity of 18 tons or more and trucks carrying goods in 40-foot containers cost 160,000 VND/trip, 4,800,000 VND/month, 12,960,000 VND/quarter.
The above collection rates are applied in the period 2024 - 2029, the period from 2030 onwards will be adjusted to increase the fee according to regulations.
Subjects exempted from or having their road use service fees reduced shall comply with the provisions of Circular No. 32/2024/TT-BGTVT dated November 13, 2024 of the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction).
Regulations in Document No. 917/UBND-KTN dated January 24, 2025 of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee on reducing ticket prices for households directly affected when passing through Dong Khoi toll station under the BOT project of Road 768.
Previously, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 2021/UBND-KTN dated March 4, 2025 on collecting fees to recover capital for the BOT project of DT 768 road and handing over the Thien Tan water plant route.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to inspect the investment and construction of completed project items according to the approved investment project documents. Inspect the operation of toll stations before officially operating toll collection.
The BOT project of Road 768 has been adjusted, with a total length of about 23.857km, invested by Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company. This is a vital traffic axis connecting Bien Hoa City to Vinh Cuu District (Dong Nai) and Tan Uyen District (Binh Duong).
In early January 2021, toll stations of the BOT project on route DT768 temporarily suspended operations. The suspension of toll collection was implemented according to Decision 19/2020 of the Prime Minister, after December 31, 2020. To date, the Investor is allowed to continue collecting tolls to recover project capital after completing legal procedures as prescribed.
