Vietnamese leaders send condolences over the impact of typhoon Chido in Mayotte

NDO - Vietnamese leaders have sent condolences to French leaders over the damage caused by typhoon Chido in the Mayotte archipelago.


On December 17, President Luong Cuong sent a message of condolences to President Emmanuel Macron, and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a message of condolences to Prime Minister François Bayrou, upon hearing that Typhoon Chido had caused serious damage to people and property in the Mayotte archipelago, a French overseas territory in the Indian Ocean.

On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son sent a message of condolences to Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean Noel Barrot.
