On February 28, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2024 and launch the emulation movement in 2025.
The conference announced the President's decision to award the First Class Labor Medal to an individual, the Second Class Labor Medal to a collective and two individuals, and the Third Class Labor Medal to an individual. Along with that, 2 collectives received the Government's emulation flag; 1 collective and 13 individuals received the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit; 16 collectives received the emulation flag of the Provincial People's Committee; 78 collectives received the Certificate of Merit of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee emphasized that 2025 is a year of many important events for the Party, the country and the nation. In particular, it is a time to strongly implement the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus and the staff, civil servants, ensuring effective and efficient operations, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province and the Emulation and Reward Council of Khanh Hoa province, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan launched the movement "Emulation to accelerate, break through, reach the finish line, strive to achieve the highest goals and targets for socio-economic development in the 5-year period, 2021 - 2025 associated with innovation, reorganization of the apparatus of the political system of Khanh Hoa province to be streamlined - compact - strong - efficient - effective - efficient", breakthrough in science and technology development, innovation, comprehensive digital transformation to accelerate and break through.
Continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement Directive No. 41, dated December 26, 2024 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over emulation and reward work in the new situation; Directive No. 19, dated July 16, 2021 of the Prime Minister on launching emulation to successfully carry out annual socio-economic development tasks and the 5-year plan (2021 - 2025) according to the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party; speed up the implementation of resolutions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees.
Deploy and effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, associated with the key task of socio-economic development, bringing Khanh Hoa into the "Decade of Elevating Development". All levels, sectors and localities compete to implement the direction of the Central and the province, promote the combined strength of the entire political system, the active participation of enterprises, entrepreneurs and people to successfully carry out the revolution of breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
