Accordingly, from the beginning of 2025, Bhutan Airlines will operate 20 round-trip flights between Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC) and Paro Airport (Bhutan) each year. The expected round-trip ticket price from HCMC to Bhutan is 1,050 USD (over 26 million VND/ticket) for business class and 900 USD (over 22 million VND/ticket) for economy class (including all taxes and fees).
According to Bhutan Airlines, the opening of a direct flight route meets the travel needs of Vietnamese tourists between the two markets. Because up to now, to get to Bhutan, Vietnamese tourists often have to take a charter flight or a connecting flight through Thailand or India...

Mr. Le Truong Hien Hoa, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, commented that Bhutan is becoming an increasingly popular destination.
Direct flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Bhutan, operated by Bhutan Airlines, not only provide more convenient and flexible travel options for travelers but also promote tourism connectivity between the two countries.
