Hanoi invites businesses to invest in industrial cluster of nearly 50 hectares

Tam Hiep commune, where Phuc Tho district People's Committee is calling for investment in industrial clusters.

The People's Committee of Phuc Tho district (Hanoi city) has just issued a notice on receiving applications to become the investor in building technical infrastructure for the expanded Tam Hiep Industrial Cluster in Tam Hiep commune.

The Tam Hiep Industrial Cluster Expansion Project has a construction investment scale of about 49 hectares, increasing the total area of ​​Tam Hiep Industrial Cluster to more than 70 hectares. The investment orientation is to develop industry, small-scale industry and craft villages.

The North of the project borders the planned land of Nam Phuc Tho Industrial Cluster; the South borders the traffic road of Tam Hiep commune; the West borders the fields of Ngoc Tao commune and the East borders the green belt road of Tam Hiep Industrial Cluster.

Tam Hiep Industrial Park started construction in early 2024.

A representative of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of Phuc Tho district said that enterprises, cooperatives and organizations established and operating in accordance with the law can participate in submitting application documents to become investors of the Tam Hiep Industrial Cluster expansion project.

The dossier to participate as the investor of the Tam Hiep Industrial Cluster expansion project complies with the provisions of Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP of the Government on management and development of industrial clusters and Decision No. 5617/QD-UBND dated October 28, 2024 of the Hanoi People's Committee on administrative procedures...

Previously, in early 2024, the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Tam Hiep Industrial Cluster project with a scale of about 20 hectares and a total investment of 454 billion VND. The project is invested by Minh Duong Group Joint Stock Company and is still being actively implemented.
