Renovation and upgrading of Thanh Tri District General Hospital with a scale of 250 beds

Accordingly, the project construction site is located in Van Dien town, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city. The land area used for the project is according to the current boundary of Thanh Tri district General Hospital. According to the 1/500 scale master plan approved by Thanh Tri district People's Committee, the total land area is about ^11,960.5m2 .

The project's objective is to invest in the construction of Thanh Tri General Hospital to upgrade facilities and invest in synchronous equipment to ensure the requirements of medical examination and treatment of a grade 2 general hospital according to its assigned functions and tasks. After completing the project, the hospital bed capacity will reach 250 beds.

The scale of investment in construction of the project includes: building a new block of medical examination and treatment and outpatient treatment; Renovation of blocks: General house; Renovation and upgrading of technical infrastructure, ensuring joints according to standards; Demolition of items: Building C; Investment in additional completion of office equipment system, fire protection equipment, medical equipment according to standards and prescribed norms with a total investment of 368,655,000,000 VND.

Thanh Tri District People's Committee is assigned as the project investor; project implementation period is from 2024 - 2026. Project implementation period progress is from 2025 - 2026.
