The Department of Home Affairs also proposed to temporarily suspend the organization of civil servant recruitment exams, including commune-level civil servants (except for units that have planned and completed the first round of exams before December 31); temporarily suspend the appointment of new leadership and management positions at affiliated agencies and units (except in cases of real necessity).

Besides, Mr. Thanh also said that the city needs to change the appearance of the environment, ensuring the development of a green, clean and beautiful capital.
In addition, Mr. Thanh also requested careful preparation of activities to celebrate major holidays in 2025; continue to focus highly, direct the implementation of drastic solutions to complete the goals and targets of the 2024 plan, focusing on budget collection and disbursement of public investment capital.
