Along with the main stage taking place in Hanoi, the program also connects with 5 connecting points across the country: Temple of Heroic Martyrs at High Point 468 (Thanh Thuy, Ha Giang), Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery (Ha Giang), Road 9 National Martyrs Cemetery (Quang Tri), Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery (Quang Tri), Hang Duong Cemetery (Con Dao).
These are all sacred places, marking the noble sacrifices of heroic martyrs. The selection of these locations aims to create a space connecting the past and the present, helping the audience feel more deeply the meaning of sacrifice and gratitude towards those who have fallen.

In 120 minutes, “Far Away” will introduce works that live forever with time, highly appreciated for their artistic value. These works are arranged and re-arranged for the Semi-Classical Orchestra, aiming to bring the audience deep emotions, mixed with pride. Through that, the audience will understand and appreciate more the value of peace.
The program’s logo was inspired by the “Death for the Fatherland” monument located at Van Xuan flower garden, Hanoi. The image of a woman wearing ao dai, holding a sword and a suicide soldier holding a three-pronged bomb symbolizes patriotism and revolutionary heroism.
Sharing with the press, journalist Ngo Thanh - General Director of the program "Far Away Land" said: "This monument is not only a work of art but also a strong symbol of patriotism, of the noble sacrifice of the previous generation. We hope that through this image, we can convey to the audience a message of deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs, and at the same time arouse the sense of responsibility to protect the Fatherland in each person today".
Besides the songs that have gone down in history, in the program “Far Away Land”, the audience will enjoy two special songs: “Hat Giang Truong Han” and “Bong Chieu Tay Nam”.
In addition to songs, the program also has reports and skits telling stories of sacrifice of heroic martyrs. It was the most painful surgery in the life of doctor Vu Dinh Tung (the first Minister of War Invalids and Veterans).

The sketch A letter to posterity will also be a highlight that can bring tears to viewers through the touching story of a letter found after the war in the jungle of the South.

The program “Far Away Land” is directed by journalist Ngo Thanh, Director of the Entertainment Program Center of Hanoi Radio, as General Director and scriptwriter; and carefully arranged and staged by Music Director - musician Thanh Vuong. The program is performed by the Thang Long Chamber Orchestra and many famous domestic artists and singers such as: People's Artist Tan Minh, People's Artist Mai Hoa, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, Dong Hung, Bao Yen, Viet Danh, etc.
