(BL-HT) On the morning of March 23, Mr. Mai Hoang Viet - Director of Cong Tu Bac Lieu Tourism Service Joint Stock Company said that on Monday (March 24), the Company will report to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Police about the incident in which a tourist posted a video criticizing Cong Tu Bac Lieu's tourist area as not as attractive as the zoo.

Previously, on social networking sites, a nearly 2-minute video appeared recording a man calling himself MT visiting the Bac Lieu Prince's Residence and commenting on this tourist attraction. According to the video, Mr. MT said: "You will be more interested in going to the zoo than coming here. With 45,000 VND per ticket, I found the zoo more pleasing to the eyes and saw more wild animals. Going to the Bac Lieu Prince's Residence has nothing."

After being posted, the video received thousands of views and mixed comments, making the online community angry because the above action insulted a unique architectural and artistic relic of Bac Lieu.

Mr. MT filmed a video criticizing Bac Lieu's Prince's Residence and posted it on social media.

The Director of Cong Tu Bac Lieu Tourism Service Joint Stock Company informed that the cause of the incident was because Mr. MT and the members of the tourist group did not buy enough tickets. The staff of the tourist area asked the tourists to buy more tickets, but the group of tourists were upset and posted a video commenting that the ticket prices were too high, comparing the tourist destination to be less attractive than the zoo.

On March 22, the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directed the professional departments to coordinate with the Provincial Police to invite Mr. MT to work. At the same time, take the next steps to clarify the case, handle it objectively, and in accordance with regulations. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also requested tourist attractions in the province to strictly implement the posting of entrance fees, reminding staff to have a polite service attitude towards tourists.
