Implementing the direction of the Provincial Police Director in Plan No. 305/KH-CAT-PC08 dated July 28, 2023 on strengthening the work of ensuring traffic order and safety in the last 6 months of 2023, Bac Giang City Police directed the traffic police force to increase patrols and controls in wards and communes.

The unit mobilized 32 police officers from 16 wards and communes to coordinate with traffic police to patrol, control and handle violations on inter-village and inter-commune roads, key areas of traffic safety and order, focusing on violations such as: Alcohol concentration, not wearing helmets, carrying too many people... with the aim of handling violations right at the grassroots level, reducing traffic accidents in the last 6 months of 2023.

On the first day of operation, the City Police handled 42 violations, temporarily detained 25 vehicles, including 5 cases of alcohol concentration violations and 37 cases of not wearing helmets.

According to the plan, the City Police will continue to maintain and strengthen traffic police for ward and commune police to patrol, control and handle violations on inter-village and inter-commune roads, and key areas of traffic safety and order in Bac Giang City.
