Party Congress of Department of Localities I, term 2025-2027

On the afternoon of March 25, 2025, the Party Cell of the Locality I Department, the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission held the Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2027 term. Party Cell of Department of Locality I Term 2025-2027 introduced to the Congress.

In the 2022-2025 term, the Party Cell of the Department of Localities I is always united, unified, and has a high sense of responsibility in leadership, direction, and implementation of tasks; at the same time, it always receives the attention and regular direction of the Party Committee of the Agency, the Head of the Agency; the coordination between departments and units in the Agency and related agencies and units in handling and resolving work.

Every year, implementing the inspection and supervision plan of the Party Committee and the Party Inspection Commission of the Agency, the Party Cell has proactively developed and implemented the inspection and supervision plan; promptly promoted the strengths and overcome the shortcomings of cadres and Party members; promoted the struggle for self-criticism and criticism, expanded democracy, openness and transparency; promoted the responsibility of the Party Cell in managing, inspecting and supervising Party members; comprehensively performed the political tasks of the Party Cell and the unit; built a clean and strong Party Cell, contributing to building the Party Committee and the Central Inspection Commission.

In an open and democratic spirit, the Congress discussed and gave opinions on the draft report, and elected the Party Committee of the Department of Localities I, consisting of 3 comrades: Pham Thai Ha, Bui Thai Trong and Bui Van Duan. The Congress elected comrade Pham Thai Ha, Director of the Department of Localities I, to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; elected comrade Bui Thai Trong, Deputy Director of the Department of Localities I, to hold the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary. The Congress elected a delegation to attend the Party Congress of the Agency for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 09 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates.
