On the afternoon of February 27, speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , a representative of Gia Dinh People's Hospital said that they had admitted patient NXC (58 years old) to the emergency department at 9:51 a.m. the same day.

The patient was diagnosed with head and hand injuries, and was fully examined and treated with sutures.

The results of the CT scan of the brain and X-ray showed no abnormalities. The patient was admitted to the neurology department for further monitoring and active treatment. Currently, patient C. is conscious and his vital signs are stable.

As Tuoi Tre Online reported earlier, on February 27, Ben Nghe Ward Police (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) worked with TCH (26 years old, residing in District 8) and those involved in the case of a security guard at Nguyen Hue walking street being hit in the head, causing injury.

According to initial information, at around 9:00 a.m. the same day, Mr. C. (58 years old, security guard) was on duty at the monument park and Nguyen Hue street when he discovered TCH stopping and parking his motorbike on Nguyen Hue street.

Then H. went to the park with a girl, both of them let the dog run freely in the park area without a leash or muzzle.

Seeing that, Mr. C. reminded and asked H. to take the dog out of the area and not let it loose, but the couple not only did not agree but also argued with Mr. C.

Suddenly, H. picked up a metal rod and hit Mr. C. hard on the head, causing him to bleed profusely and become unconscious on the spot. People nearby witnessed the incident and provided first aid, took Mr. C. to the emergency room, and reported it to the Ben Nghe Ward Police.

According to records, right in the area where the male security guard was beaten, there was a rule board, which included the regulation "no walking or letting pets go".
