On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of its establishment, Thai Binh Traditional Medicine Hospital was honored to receive the First Class Labor Medal (2nd time) from the President , a Certificate of Merit from the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, and many other noble awards.

Identifying human resources as the key factor determining the quality of medical examination and treatment, Thai Binh Traditional Medicine Hospital pays special attention to recruiting and training staff, maintaining the policy of attracting qualified human resources. The hospital has 291 staff, employees, and workers, of which the proportion of staff with university degrees or higher is over 50% (5 specialist doctors II, 39 specialist doctors I, 6 masters, 80 bachelors).

The number of patients coming for medical examination and treatment is increasing day by day. The quality of treatment has been improved, the average treatment day has decreased from 19 days (in 2021) to 16 days (in 2025). The patient satisfaction index in the surveys reached 93% or more.
