On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, Thai Binh Traditional Medicine Hospital was honored to receive the First Class Labor Medal (2nd time) from the President, a Certificate of Merit from the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, and many other noble awards.

Identifying human resources as the key factor determining the quality of medical examination and treatment, Thai Binh Traditional Medicine Hospital attaches special importance to recruiting and training staff, maintaining the policy of attracting qualified human resources. In recent times, the Hospital has focused on investing in modern equipment, building and upgrading facilities according to green - clean - beautiful criteria.

In particular, the Hospital regularly innovates and improves the quality of medical examination and treatment, the quality of providing specialized medical examination services in traditional medicine, rehabilitation, and developing new technical services. Inheriting and promoting the precious remedies of Vietnamese traditional medicine, guiding patients to actively use products of natural origin along with 11 available preparations, the Hospital has applied modern techniques to produce soft pills, including kidney yin tonics, rheumatism, spleen tonics, liver tonics, blood tonics, eight flavors, middle tonic pills, blood circulation tonics, red apple and chrysanthemum tea bags for treatment.

Implementing the goal of "Taking the patient as the center"; "Giving quality - Receiving trust", Thai Binh Traditional Medicine Hospital has become a close and trustworthy address for patients and people. The number of patients coming for examination and treatment is increasing day by day. Treatment quality is improved, the average treatment day has decreased from 19 days (in 2021) to 16 days (in 2025). The patient satisfaction index in surveys reached 93% or more.

In 2024, the Hospital had 39,032 medical examinations, 11,725 inpatient treatments, and 12,358 outpatient treatments. The Hospital's quality score was 3.81 points - the hospital with the top quality score among provincial hospitals.

Scientific research has achieved many results, scientific research topics closely follow the actual needs of health care, bringing practical benefits. The hospital has dozens of topics and initiatives at the grassroots level, with 2 initiatives winning the Third Prize, 1 initiative winning the Encouragement Prize at the 10th Thai Binh Province Science, Technology and Engineering Innovation Contest and is implementing provincial-level topics.
