The hospital is one of two medical facilities worldwide that can perform single-port laparoscopic surgery. During the period from 2022-2025, the hospital has attracted many leading domestic and foreign experts to work, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of the hospital's expertise.

The hospital that the city is interested in is implementing a project to upgrade and renovate clinic A into the City's Center for Health Care and Protection of Officials with many advanced equipment, modern facilities, and a total investment of nearly 400 billion VND.

This is the first Center for Health Care and Protection for Staff in the country. When put into operation, it will contribute to bringing the hospital's professional level to a new level.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Hospital will focus on building a clean and strong Party in all aspects; building the Hospital to develop breakthroughs in expertise, becoming one of the leading hospitals in the capital and the whole country; continuing the goal of being a pioneer in digital transformation and artificial intelligence; maintaining and promoting Hanoi culture and the spirit of Xanh Pon.

Some key targets by 2030, the hospital completes the set professional targets, each year higher than the previous year with high quality and safety in treatment.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Xanh Pon Hospital, term XXIII, 2025-2030, consisting of 9 delegates. At the first meeting of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Hospital, term XXIII, Director of Xanh Pon Hospital Nguyen Duc Long was elected to continue to hold the position of Secretary of the Hospital Party Committee.
