The school's Board of Directors expressed their hope that the leaders of the Vietnam Writers' Association and the writers and poets in the delegation would strongly inspire the staff, lecturers and students through the exchange program; at the same time, they would also penetrate the actual educational and training activities of the school, thereby creating new works to serve the spiritual life of the staff and soldiers in the army in general and the Political Officer School in particular at present.
Writers and poets have been truly open, sharing and writing works praising the love for the Fatherland, the people and the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers; thereby contributing to helping the souls of future political officers continue to be nurtured and cultivated; so that they can truly be "both red and professional"; truly become soulful officers, with "books next to flowers", with "musicians next to guns"; and then when they graduate, they become the "soul and lifeblood" of our Army's grassroots units in all regions of our beloved Fatherland.

Poet Tran Dang Khoa emotionally recalled profound memories of his military life and impressions of being a political officer in the Vietnam People's Army.
Poet Tran Huu Viet expressed his deep impression of the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in peacetime, especially the silent sacrifices of soldiers in all fields: training for combat readiness, helping people prevent natural disasters and epidemics, and even advancing in science and technology. According to the poet, this spirit of serving the country and the people has been and will continue to be a source of inspiration for contemporary Vietnamese literature.
The Political Officer School is an institution for undergraduate and postgraduate training, international training cooperation, providing a team of political cadres at the squad level, social sciences and humanities teachers, scientific cadres at university and postgraduate levels and social sciences and humanities research, contributing to building the army, building a national defense, and firmly protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
Reviewing the impressive works of contemporary literature on the subject of military soldiers today, poet Doan Van Mat, Head of the Poetry Department, Military Literature Magazine, said that the team of young authors is making a certain contribution, especially the team of writers wearing military uniforms. Many lecturers and students of the school have been and are actively contributing to the literary life. That is the continuation of the source full of awareness and responsibility.

Poet Ly Huu Luong, Editor of the Army Literature Magazine, is a former student of the Political Officer School. He recounted his memories of his literary talent being discovered and nurtured at school, thereby expressing his hope that future students can continue and nurture their love for literature, becoming new writers for the army in the future.

Representing the cadres, lecturers and students attending the seminar, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Thuy, a lecturer of literary theory, said that she often quoted contemporary works on the subject of soldiers by the authors participating in the exchange night to enliven her lectures; at the same time, she affirmed that she will continue to devote all her efforts to fostering a love of literature for future political officers in the Vietnam People's Army.

The school's lecturers, students and poets brought many impressive poetic works on the theme of the Fatherland, Uncle Ho's soldiers and love for the homeland, country and people. In particular, poets: Huu Viet, Nguyen Quang Hung, Doan Van Mat, Lu Mai, Tran Hoang Thien Kim, Thy Nguyen, Nguyen Thi Kim Nhung, Le Nhi... performed a unique interactive poetry reading in the suite called "Those who keep the peace for the Fatherland" bringing deep emotions to the audience of the exchange night. Many performances and sharing of cadres, lecturers and students contributed to the bustling, warm and emotional atmosphere of the exchange night "Spring and Uncle Ho's soldiers".

The Political Officer School is currently located in the following localities: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh and Thach That district, Hanoi city - "spiritual land, talented people" areas with a thousand-year-old folk cultural tradition. Therefore, in the process of leading and directing the construction of a cultural environment, the Party Committee and the School's Board of Directors always attach importance to connecting with the vast cultural space of the locality, through strong twinning relationships.

In fact, over the years, the School and student management units have regularly organized cultural exchange activities with localities in the military area belonging to two unique cultural regions: Quan Ho Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Xu Doai (Thach That, Quoc Oai-Hanoi) and many academies, schools, agencies, departments and branches inside and outside the Army. Thanks to that, the unique cultural values of the localities have permeated the cultural space of the Political Officer School and left a strong mark on the communication and behavioral style of the majority of cadres, lecturers, students, staff and soldiers of the school.

Spring for our army soldiers always has a sacred relationship, a harmony between nature and people, between life and noble ideals. When the young buds stretch out to welcome the warm sunshine, when the sky and earth are filled with spring colors, it is also the time when Uncle Ho's soldiers are still silently on the border, remote islands or on the windy and foggy training ground.
