In order to contribute to the successful implementation of the growth targets for 2025 and the entire 5-year period of 2021-2025, creating a solid foundation for the double-digit growth rate target in the period of 2026-2030 according to Plan No. 26/KH-UBND dated February 18, 2025 and Document No. 106/UBND-VP3 dated March 7, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated February 5, 2025 of the Government, the Department of Construction has developed a plan and deployed synchronous solutions to successfully implement the target of a double-digit growth rate for the Construction industry in 2025.

2025 is a year of special significance, celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Party, the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country, the year of holding Party congresses at all levels and the final year of implementing the goals of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2021-2025. Therefore, to ensure that the province completes the target of achieving a double-digit growth rate, with the effective and synchronous solutions mentioned above, the Construction industry is determined to strive to achieve a growth rate of 15.2%.
