The project is deployed to provinces and cities across the country towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and to promote historical and cultural sites across the country, contributing to promoting tourism development in Vietnam.
The first installation location in Ninh Binh is the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Relic Site, Truong Yen Commune, Hoa Lu City. After discussion and working, Mr. Giang Bach Dang, Director of the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Historical-Cultural Relics Conservation Center, created all favorable conditions, and together with members of Nhan Dan Newspaper, selected the most suitable location to install the NFC chip board so that visitors can easily access it.
According to Mr. Dang, the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Special National Relic Site is a system of relics of the Hoa Lu capital of Dai Co Viet in Vietnamese history and is one of the three core areas of the Trang An World Heritage Site recognized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The relic system in Hoa Lu is related to the careers of historical figures of the three dynasties of Dinh, Tien Le and the beginning of Ly, from Dinh Tien Hoang to Ly Thai To in history... With a history of more than 1,000 years, Hoa Lu Ancient Capital is a place to store historical relics through many eras.
Therefore, the Project of Nhan Dan Newspaper is a very special and meaningful project, helping the Relic Site in particular and the landmarks of Ninh Binh province in general to create unique discovery experiences for visitors to learn more about the cultural history here; support and promote tourism between localities, responding to and being suitable for the development of society in the current digital age.

Ninh Binh residents test check-in at NFC chip-attached board under Nhan Dan Newspaper's "Love Vietnam" project. |
Ms. Doan Thi Nhieu, a tourist from Hanoi, shared: “I went with a group to visit Ninh Binh and was very happy to be one of the first visitors to access this chip-embedded board at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Relic Site. Normally, when going on tours, we would not be able to hear the tour guide introduce all the content at the destination. But when experiencing this Project, just by placing the phone near the NFC chip-embedded board, the tourist information automatically appeared via a link to the website “Love Vietnam” so that I could learn about the information of the place I was visiting. I found it very convenient and interesting. In particular, I was impressed with the feature that when accessing the website, I could upload my own experience photos and write my feelings at the place I was visiting for the program.”
On the same day, Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area, Ninh Hai Commune, Hoa Lu City also installed NFC chip panels. The chip panels are designed in two colors, yellow and red, inspired by the Vietnamese national flag and can operate automatically without a power source.
Each chip-embedded board will provide stories, images, videos or 3D models of the location where the chip-embedded board is located; at the same time, provide search, navigation and information features to explore tourist destinations at the current location and surrounding areas.
In addition, locals and tourists can “check-in” to see how many people have visited this location, can post their own photos and messages to the “Love Vietnam” program and review their itinerary as well as information about the places they have visited. All these photos and messages will be collected and combined into a map of Vietnam with full images of tourists from all over the country. When tourists experience all the places with chips in a locality, they will receive gifts from the program and a digital certificate upon completing their exploration there.

International tourists at Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area were excited about the “Love Vietnam” Project through the introduction of the tour guide and wished that the Project would soon be deployed in foreign languages so that tourists could experience it directly. |
According to Cao Thi Hoa, CEO of Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area, the project using the new NFC ship board will not be able to share the link like the current QR code, but people and tourists must go to the location where the chip is attached to experience it directly, bringing high security and authenticity, thereby contributing to stimulating tourism demand. In particular, when posting content on the website, it will be censored before posting, helping to ensure civilization and tourism culture in cyberspace, avoiding false information.
According to Mr. Tran Minh Tuan, Head of the "Love Vietnam" Project, Phygital Labs Joint Stock Company, Ninh Binh is a province with great potential for tourism because this is a land filled with historical and cultural relics, famous landscapes and landscapes. Ninh Binh's tourist destinations are considered a miniature image of Vietnam's tourism with a variety of tourism types. Putting into use this NFC chip board will be one of the tools for Ninh Binh to implement its digital transformation strategy, combining official information and data with technology and creative ideas to vividly and effectively promote important historical and cultural events of the locality as well as the country.

People and tourists can share photos and messages on the website "Love Vietnam" to honestly and objectively evaluate and comment on destinations - this will also be the basis for promoting tourism development. |
In the coming time, the Project will develop new challenging games for tourists to check-in, as well as optimize features to serve tourism such as: guiding and supporting the flow of visitors to other locations when a location is too crowded; informing visitors of important events in localities;... especially in the coming time, in April, the Project will standardize the content to convert into foreign languages, contributing to promoting a charming Vietnam that invites international visitors to experience and explore.
The project “Love Vietnam” of Nhan Dan Newspaper was implemented to contribute to arousing the spirit of patriotism in every citizen, especially the young generation; at the same time, promoting historical and cultural sites across the country, from Ha Giang to Ca Mau; creating unique discovery experiences for tourists, thereby helping the image of localities to be spread and widely connected.
