Provincial Party Committee Inspection Commission held its 55th session

On February 26, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission (PCI) for the 2020-2025 term held its 55th meeting to review, discuss, and agree on the plan for the organization and staffing of the Provincial Party Committee's PCI; review the inspection results when there are signs of violations and take disciplinary action against the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2020-2022 and 2022-2025 terms and a number of Party members at the Employment Service Center, under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Comrade Le Quang Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission chaired the meeting. Also attending were comrade Pham Van Khue, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.

Implementing Action Program No. 48-CTr/TU dated February 20, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently (Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW) and the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee according to the content of Notice No. 1956-TB/TU dated January 22, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has proactively developed a draft plan to arrange, organize the apparatus and staff of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and draft amendments and supplements to related regulations and rules. At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission discussed, reviewed, and agreed on the plan for the organization and staffing of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission. Specifically, after the organization and streamlining, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reduced one subordinate unit to three subordinate units: General Department, Professional Department I, and Professional Department II.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has reviewed, discussed and agreed to propose the Provincial Party Committee to amend and supplement the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term XIX, 2020-2025; propose the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to amend the Decision on functions, tasks, responsibilities, powers, and organizational structure of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; discuss and agree to promulgate the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Regulations on functions and tasks of departments under the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, etc. and continue to review, amend, supplement and promulgate regulations, provisions and documents in accordance with the functions, tasks and powers of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission to ensure consistency and streamlining in accordance with the orientation of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee; improve efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency to meet the requirements and tasks in the new period.

Up to this point, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission is one of the first units in the province to reorganize and streamline the organizational apparatus, reducing the number of affiliated units according to Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Regarding the review of inspection results when there were signs of violations against the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2020-2022 term, the 2022-2025 term and a number of Party members at the Employment Service Center under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: The Party Cell Executive Committee of the Employment Service Center for the 2020-2022 term, the 2022-2025 term and the inspected Party members had shortcomings and violations in leading and directing the implementation of the Party Cell's Working Regulations; lack of responsibility, lax leadership, management, lack of inspection and supervision of Party members in implementing the Party's policies and regulations, and the State's laws to promptly detect and handle corruption and negativity in Party organizations, agencies and units; allowing many leaders and officials who are Party members to violate things that Party members are not allowed to do, and to violate the law and be prosecuted.

Violations and shortcomings of the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2020-2022 and 2022-2025 terms have damaged the prestige of the Party Cell and the Employment Service Center, causing public outrage among cadres, party members and people, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered and taken.

Violations and shortcomings of inspected party members cause bad public opinion, damage the reputation of themselves and the party organization, and the workplace, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered and taken.

Considering the content, nature, level, and consequences of the violation; based on the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against violating Party organizations and Party members, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to take disciplinary action: Warning against the Party Committee of the Employment Service Center for the 2020-2022 and 2022-2025 terms; Expelling comrades: Dang Thai Quyen, Party Committee member of the Party Committee of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Party Cell Secretary, Director; Duong Thanh Thao, Deputy Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Job Consulting and Introduction Department; Luong Thi Minh Hue, Party member, Head of the Administration and General Department, Chief Accountant; Luong Thi Hong, Party member, Deputy Head of the Job Consulting and Introduction Department; Nguyen Thi Minh Phuong, Party member, official of the Administration and General Department; Nguyen Thi Thuy, Party member, official of the Administration and General Department; Nguyen Van Duc, party member, official of the Unemployment Insurance Department, Employment Service Center, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hung Yen province.
