The Provincial People's Procuracy honors and rewards collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025
In particular, in performing their duties, the People's Procuracy at two levels always thoroughly instructs the team of prosecutors to closely supervise investigation activities, prosecution activities "in parallel" with investigation activities; closely supervise the application and change of preventive measures, ensuring the application of preventive measures in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code; in cases where arrest or detention is not necessary, resolutely do not arrest or detain.
At the same time, the People's Procuracy at 2 levels promptly detected violations and issued recommendations to overcome the causes and conditions that could lead to violations of the law, proactively selected cases that met the conditions for trial of key cases to better serve the local political situation as well as coordinated with the Court to try experience-sharing trials, evidence-screening trials, online trials, and closely supervised the minutes of trials, judgments, and decisions of the Court. Through the inspection work, violations and shortcomings were promptly detected, protests and recommendations were issued to prevent violations and crimes in all stages of the inspection work.
In implementing emulation movements, the Provincial People's Procuracy always determines that emulation must ensure publicity, democracy, accuracy and compliance with the provisions of the Law on Emulation and Commendation and guiding documents of the industry associated with the policy of rewarding individuals directly involved in labor who do not hold leadership or management positions, thereby creating motivation for civil servants and workers to strive to promote initiatives, apply science and technology, improve working methods, overcome difficulties, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

Over the past 5 years, the Provincial People's Procuracy has recognized 229 initiatives, and the Supreme People's Procuracy has recognized 15 initiatives that have been effectively applied and have the potential to be replicated throughout the People's Procuracy sector.
From emulation movements, in the period of 2020-2025, the Long An Procuracy was honored to receive many noble titles. Of which, 1 collective and 1 individual were awarded the Second Class Labor Medal; 1 collective and 2 individuals were awarded the Third Class Labor Medal; 2 collectives and 1 individual received certificates of merit from the Prime Minister, along with many other noble awards.
Responding to the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030, the provincial procuracy will promote the achieved results, focusing on applying information technology and digital transformation in professional work. At the same time, the whole sector will continue to further promote the emulation movement, associated with the implementation of the unit's political tasks.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Procuracy commended, honored and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025 and approved the list of delegates to attend the 7th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the People's Procuracy sector in 2025./.
