Fifty years after liberation, the Co people in the residential area of ​​Hamlet 2 (Tra Nu Commune) have united and strived to develop their economy. The whole village cultivates more than 30 hectares of wet rice and upland rice, with a yield of more than 4 tons/ha per crop. The village has more than 50 families with preferential policies and meritorious people and is cared for attentively.

At the political meeting, villagers reviewed the revolutionary journey and great achievements of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee over the past 95 years; affirmed the leadership role of the Party Committee in the continuous development of Quang Nam in all fields, and the attention of the Party and State to people in remote, isolated and disadvantaged areas.

Speaking at the meeting, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Manh Ha requested local Party committees and authorities to continue to propagate and mobilize people to unite in economic development, actively help each other to sustainably reduce poverty and improve living standards.

All villagers actively participate in maintaining security, order and social safety; gradually eliminate backward and outdated customs and practices, unite to build an increasingly prosperous homeland.

On this occasion, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Manh Ha presented gifts to poor, near-poor and extremely disadvantaged households in village 2.
