Deploying the tasks of the Party Committee's office in 2025

This afternoon, February 14, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to review the work of the Party Committee Office in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025. Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang commended the results achieved by Party committee offices at all levels in the province in 2024.

Regarding the tasks for 2025, in addition to the work contents identified by the conference, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Party Committee Offices of the district, town, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee will do a good job of advising and serving the Standing Committee (STC), the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to lead and direct the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term in the locality as well as advising the Party Committee to lead and direct the implementation of the arrangement of a streamlined, effective and efficient apparatus according to Resolution 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee and the direction of the Politburo.

Strengthening financial and asset management in accordance with the Party's principles and regulations, while improving the efficiency of document, archive, cryptographic, and information technology work to better serve the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee and the Party Committee's Standing Committee.

To perform well the assigned tasks, the Party Committee Office pays attention to the work of fostering and providing professional training for the office staff, and regularly updates new policies, regulations and instructions of the Central Government, grasps the practical situation of the locality, closely coordinates with agencies, departments, branches, and the office of the People's Committee at the same level to do a good job of advising the Party Committee in leading and directing the completion of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The report of the Provincial Party Committee Office stated: In 2024, the Provincial Party Committee Office will advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead, direct, and organize the completion of key tasks that require focused leadership and direction in the fields of socio-economics, ensuring national defense and security, Party building and the political system.

Accordingly, proactively coordinate to advise on the preparation of content for organizing 4 Provincial Party Committee conferences; preside over advising and coordinating to advise on organizing conferences, seminars in various fields, national online conferences as well as many innovations in organizing and serving Party Committee conferences; the document preparation process is ensured, the content of the conference organized by the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee is carefully prepared, with reasonable time.

The Provincial Party Committee Office actively connected and advised on content to serve the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in organizing 35 meetings, providing guidelines and opinions on many important contents in the fields of socio-economics, national defense and security, foreign affairs, Party building and the political system; over 40 working sessions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee with localities and units.

Advise on the careful preparation of content and conditions for welcoming and working with the delegation of General Secretary and President To Lam to visit and work in Quang Tri; coordinate in developing programs and welcoming 12 delegations of Politburo members, Secretariat, leaders of the Government, ministries and central branches to visit and work, attend important cultural, political events and seminars taking place in the province; work with central inspection and supervision delegations.

Provide timely and quality advice on the contents related to the Party's foreign affairs work of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee as well as perform well the task of appraising 100% of documents submitted by the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. Receive and forward 171 complaints, denunciations and recommendations from citizens to the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. Coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to serve the Provincial Party Committee Secretary in receiving citizens according to regulations.

Document, archive, cryptographic work, and information network operations continue to operate in an orderly and safe manner, promptly serving the leadership and direction requirements of the Party Committee.

The district-level Party Committee Office innovates and improves professionalism in serving Party Committee conferences, Party Committee Standing Committee meetings, and Party Committee standing meetings.

The conference spent most of its time discussing and pointing out the causes of the achieved results as well as limitations and shortcomings, and proposing 5 key tasks for 2025.

In particular, focus on doing a good job of advising and serving the leadership and direction of Party committees on Party congresses at all levels and the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, focusing on doing a good job of drafting congress documents and serving the organization of the congress.

Proactively advise on the development of the entire term's work program, working regulations of the Party Committee and other important contents, advise on the organization and implementation of resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030...
