At the same time, continue to closely follow the guiding documents of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to seriously implement Directive No. 35 dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies also directed the newly established grassroots Party organizations such as the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Party Cells of the Provincial Party Agencies, to promptly develop working regulations to well implement the tasks of the Party Committee and branches. 2025 is a very important year, a year of acceleration and breakthrough to reach the finish line, playing a decisive role in successfully implementing the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, towards successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party with a lot of work to be carried out.

Therefore, promoting the spirit of solidarity, innovation in thinking and leadership methods, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies has promptly reviewed, supplemented and issued the 2025 working program; inspection and supervision program and annual work programs and plans for implementation.

In addition, the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies also strengthened propaganda work, creating high consensus and unity within the Party Committee on policies, task requirements, streamlining and organizing the apparatus in the new situation; paying attention to consolidating, perfecting and building strong mass organizations, gradually innovating operating methods towards depth, quality and practical efficiency.

In order for the work to be deployed promptly and smoothly, immediately after the First Conference, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies reviewed and decided on the contents according to its authority. The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies organized a Reporters' Conference to thoroughly grasp and implement the 2025 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on practicing thrift, fighting waste, practically building Yen Bai province to develop rapidly and sustainably in the direction of "Green, harmonious, unique and happy"; deploying a number of contents on the implementation of a number of directives and resolutions.

Accordingly, branches and grassroots Party Committees continue to implement Directive No. 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; deploy thematic activities; focusing on implementing contents such as: practicing thrift, fighting waste; implementing the exemplary responsibility of cadres, party members and leaders; implementing office culture; implementing Directive No. 42, dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in education on thrift, integrity, impartiality and impartiality; Regulation No. 262, dated February 3, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Regulation No. 22, dated July 28, 2021 of the Central Committee on inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; Propaganda, organization of learning, and dissemination of Resolution No. 57, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation...
