Provincial People's Committee Office works with Pacific Construction Group (China)

Yen Bai - On the morning of March 21, the Office of the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee worked with the delegation of Pacific Construction Group (China) to discuss and learn about the Group's investment and business opportunities in Yen Bai province.

Pacific Construction Group is one of two companies under Trang Nghiem Research Institute, established in 1986, an enterprise in the TOP 500 largest enterprises globally.

The Group specializes in investing, constructing and managing infrastructure, building highways, urban areas, irrigation works, architecture and a number of other fields... The Group has participated in the construction of many key national and provincial projects in China. Revenue in 2024 reached over 76.4 billion USD...

Working scene.

Pacific Construction Group established a representative office in Vietnam in April 2019; established Pacific Vietnam Construction Company Limited in September 2019, with a charter capital of 500 million USD. Currently, the Group and the Hanoi People's Committee have signed an agreement on cooperation in investing in infrastructure to build Tu Lien Bridge and the road from Tu Lien Bridge to Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (expected to start construction in May 2025).

Next is the construction of the Hanoi urban railway line (line 5) from Van Cao to Hoa Lac. At the meeting, the two sides discussed the Group's investment cooperation opportunities in Yen Bai province.

Yen Bai has proposed cooperation with the Group as a basis for investment research, which are the projects of the Road connecting Doan Hung district (Phu Tho), Yen Son district (Tuyen Quang) with Yen Binh district, Yen Bai city (Yen Bai) with Noi Bai - Lai Cai expressway (IC12); the road connecting Ham Yen (Tuyen Quang), Bac Quang (Ha Giang), Luc Yen, Yen Binh, Van Yen (Yen Bai) with Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway (IC14); Bao Dap bridge project, Tran Yen district and Van Yen district; Yen Ninh urban area project (Yen Bai city) and the project of investing in construction and business of infrastructure of Y Can Industrial Park in Tran Yen district.

At the meeting, the two sides agreed on the viewpoint of building a long-term cooperative relationship through information exchange and seeking investment and cooperation opportunities in Yen Bai province.

In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation will visit a number of locations to explore investment cooperation opportunities in transport infrastructure and industrial parks in Yen Bai city and Yen Binh district.
