The required progress is that in the third quarter of 2025, dredging must be completed so that the units implementing the project of taking water from the Red River into the To Lich River can start building infrastructure items such as pumping stations, ditches, channels, especially dams to retain and regulate water. The dams to retain water have been initially identified at the following locations: Cot Bridge (Yen Hoa, Cau Giay), Dau Bridge (Linh Dam, Hoang Mai), Quang Bridge (Thanh Liet, Thanh Tri). |
