The 11th Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children of Dak Lak Province in 2025

On March 21, the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union organized the 11th Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress in 2025, with the participation of 110 outstanding child delegates, representing more than 300,000 team members and children in the province. Attending the Congress were comrade Nguyen Thien Van - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

In the past school years, implementing the program of the Team and the children's movement, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Teams of Dak Lak province have constantly competed and trained to achieve many achievements through the movements "Vietnamese children compete to implement well the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho"; "Small, economical plans", "Speak good words, do thousands of good deeds", "Drink water, remember its source", "Repay gratitude", the campaign "A beautiful story - a good book - a shining example every week"... In addition, the construction of young projects, playgrounds for children and activities to support children in difficult circumstances have been promoted. Through the movements "Circle of friends", "Help friends go to school - together towards the future", "A pair of friends progressing together", "A shirt for friends", thousands of scholarships and bicycles have been sent to children in difficult circumstances. At the same time, through the emulation movements, many typical and exemplary children have emerged, worthy of being good children and good students, good team members, and Uncle Ho's Good Children, winning major awards. Many children are examples of perseverance, spreading the spirit of self-study and training, contributing to supplementing the quality source of successors for the Youth Union. The 2025 Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress at all levels recognized the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children at the union level for 20,022 children; and Uncle Ho's Good Children at the district level for 1,118 children.

At the congress, Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee presented 110 gifts, the Provincial Youth Union awarded the provincial-level Uncle Ho's Good Children certificates to 110 typical children in the emulation movement to implement Uncle Ho's 5 teachings. On this occasion, the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union presented a playground (VND 30 million) worth VND 30 million to children in Krong Ana district. From socialized sources, the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union coordinated with Hoa Nghiem Pagoda to award 20 "Long-distance support" scholarships to children who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies...

Speaking at the congress, comrade Nguyen Thien Van - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee praised the achievements of Dak Lak children, contributing to the strong development of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that Party committees, authorities and organizations at all levels continue to pay attention, create conditions, support facilities and funding for the Team to deploy and organize many activities to care for and educate children, creating a good environment for children to study and practice well. Youth Union chapters and Team Councils at all levels promote the "Circle of Friends" movement, do better in educating border sovereignty, and actively participate in building an increasingly strong Team organization inside and outside schools. On behalf of the provincial leaders, he expressed his hope that the youth and children of the whole province would continue to promote the heroic tradition through concrete actions through movements and campaigns, and at the same time, there should be more examples of small actions with great meaning, filial piety to grandparents and parents, and picking up lost items and returning them to their owners.
