The establishment of the Vietnam Veterans Association Party Cell under the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations is an important milestone, demonstrating the growth and maturity of the Vietnam Veterans Association. The cell will be the political nucleus, ensuring the Party's leadership role in all activities of the Association, guiding the Association to better promote its role in the new situation.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, comrade Tran Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Unions emphasized: After announcing the decision, the Party Cell of the Vietnam Youth Volunteers Association quickly stabilized its organization, deployed key tasks, performed well the Party building work, and promoted the Party's leadership role in directing and orienting the Association's activities.

Comrade Tran Thang suggested that the Party Cell quickly complete and promulgate relevant regulations and rules, and develop a work program for 2025 that is close to practical conditions when moving to a new phase with a new operating model. Prepare well the content and conditions and promptly conduct the 1st Party Cell Congress, term 2025-2030; assign specific tasks to each comrade in the Party Cell and Party members to ensure comprehensive leadership of activities. Do a good job of political and ideological work, focusing on building a clean and strong Party Cell. Continue to promote the role of the Association in mobilizing and proposing policies to better care for the lives of former Youth Volunteers. The Party Cell strengthens coordination and expands cooperation with organizations inside and outside the political system to mobilize resources and develop the Association's movement.
