The Youth Union of localities has promoted propaganda work, launched emulation movements and well organized activities to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels. Therein, focusing on socio-economic development, caring for the material and spiritual life of the people and Youth Union members, participating in building infrastructure, urban embellishment, installing signs for welcoming works, building the "Lighting up the Countryside" power line, building new rural areas, protecting the environment, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, supporting the construction of "Humanitarian Houses", continuing to promote "Studying and following the example of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style"... Thereby contributing to motivating the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army to promote patriotism, self-reliance and the strength of great national unity.

Tram Tau District Youth Union coordinated with the Teachers' Union of Tay Ho High School, Hanoi City to organize the program "Youth Journey - Following you to school" in two communes of Lang Nhi and Ban Mu.

In Lang Nhi commune, the delegation presented a solar lighting system worth 30 million VND; presented 3 water purifiers, 40 warm blankets, 20 gifts and necessities to households in difficult circumstances; and 500 student chairs to Lang Nhi Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

At Hoa Mi Kindergarten, Ban Mu Commune, the delegation supported the school with 40 million VND to build a fence around the school; awarded 20 scholarships to children in difficult circumstances; donated 5 water heaters, 100 life jackets, teaching aids and new curriculum textbooks, 40 warm blankets, 650 student chairs along with many clothes, warm socks, necessities...

During the program in Lang Nhi and Ban Mu communes, the delegation supported and presented meaningful gifts with a total cost of over 120 million VND. Along with the completed welcome works, many other works and projects in Tram Tau district are still being urgently implemented with the high determination of the Party Committees, the Youth Union and the people. In Phinh Ho commune, nearly 30 Youth Union members coordinated with the people to participate in concreting rural roads in Chi Lu village with a length of over 110 m, with a total cost of over 20 million VND.

Secretary of the Phinh Ho Commune Youth Union Giang A Chau shared: "When launching the project, there were many difficulties at first, but with the attention and support of the Party Committee and government, along with the enthusiastic response and participation of the Youth Union and the people, it created a positive ripple effect in the community and completed the project."

In Tram Tau commune, dozens of Youth Union members have coordinated with local people to pour concrete and dig drainage ditches on both sides of the road in Tau Duoi village with a length of 1,200 m, with a total cost of over 100 million VND. Being proactive and creative in advising and undertaking the implementation of projects and tasks, Youth Union members of Lang Nhi and Ban Cong communes have connected and coordinated to build 2 "Lighting up the Countryside Roads" projects in the locality with a total length of over 1,100 m, with a total cost of over 50 million VND.

Up to now, the Youth Union of Tram Tau district has connected and coordinated to build 8 "Lighting up the countryside" routes in the villages of Xa Ho, Tram Tau, Ban Cong, Hat Luu, Phinh Ho, Lang Nhi, Pa Hu, and Tuc Dan communes with a total length of over 6,500 m and a total cost of over 200 million VND.

The implementation of youth projects and tasks to welcome the Party congresses at all levels not only creates a vibrant competitive atmosphere in localities but also promotes the spirit of initiative, volunteerism and creativity of young people".
