Since the beginning of the year, the forest rangers have coordinated with localities to promote propaganda and dissemination of the Forestry Law and State documents on forest protection, development, and forest fire prevention and fighting to the people.
Accordingly, 466 propaganda sessions were organized in villages and hamlets and 58 mobile propaganda sessions with 21,500 participants (mainly ethnic minorities living near the forest).
Along with that, the forest rangers have coordinated with local authorities to establish over 1,600 groups and teams of people to protect, prevent and fight forest fires in villages and hamlets, attracting more than 19,000 participants.
Through the dissemination and popularization of forestry laws, people have actively supported the authorities in detecting, preventing and handling violations of the Forestry Law, contributing to effective forest protection and development.
