In the direction from the city center to Ngoc Hoi, all vehicles are prohibited from turning around at the opening point.
At the opening point of median strip No. 2 (about 100m from the exit gate of Giap Bat Bus Station towards Truong Dinh intersection), vehicles (except passenger cars with 29 seats or more and buses) are allowed to turn around at the opening point.
Time to implement traffic organization and diversion to serve the construction of phase 4 of the underpass construction project at the intersection between Ring Road 2.5 and Giai Phong Road (old National Highway 1A) from tomorrow (April 6).
