Through half of the term of implementing the Resolution of the 1st Congress, term 2020-2025, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc has focused on doing a good job of political and ideological education for cadres, party members and the masses, contributing to the good implementation of political tasks and Party building work in agencies, enterprises, colleges and universities in the province.

Comrade Vu Huu Thi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc, said: The Party Committee currently has 152 grassroots Party Committees and Party cells with nearly 8,400 Party members. Closely following the plan of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Bloc directed the grassroots Party Committees to study, thoroughly grasp and promptly implement the Party's directives and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws to all cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and students; develop appropriate action programs and implementation plans. The Party Committee of the Bloc issued Resolution 03-NQ/ĐUK dated April 26, 2021 on strengthening ideological work in the new situation; The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has always directed ideological work in conjunction with the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo, Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII) and the implementation of regulations on setting examples for cadres and party members, especially leaders, thus contributing to building a contingent of cadres with a firm political stance, pure morality, and a simple lifestyle following Uncle Ho's morality and style. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc and grassroots Party committees have directed and built ethical standards for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers; promoted the work of Party building and rectification, preventing ideological, political, moral and lifestyle degradation, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" among cadres and party members, and strictly implemented the regulations on exemplary responsibility that have been issued. The Party Committee of the Bloc has deployed and organized a political activity on Party building and rectification and the political system with the theme of "self-examination and self-correction". Party committees of grassroots party organizations and heads of party committees are responsible for organizing political activities. The organization of political activities on Party building and rectification and the political system is carried out urgently, seriously, with quality and efficiency; creating a profound and widespread change in awareness and action, thoroughly overcoming formalism; promoting the exemplary responsibility of heads of party committees, party organizations, agencies, units and enterprises; demonstrating the seriousness and high determination of the entire Party. Many grassroots party committees also coordinate with leaders of sectors, agencies and units to focus on solving issues of concern to a part of cadres, party members and people such as: citizen reception, handling of petitions, complaints, denunciations, site clearance, urban management, environmental protection, granting of land use right certificates; focusing on strictly handling violations in land management and use, not allowing new violations to arise; synchronous and timely implementation of policies and regimes...
The outstanding activity in political and ideological work in the Party Committee of the Bloc is to actively direct and well implement major political events launched by the province. For example, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to the Party Committee and people of Nam Dinh province (May 21, 1963 - May 21, 2023), the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc directed the Party Committees of grassroots Party organizations and mass organizations under the Bloc to launch a wide-ranging political activity campaign associated with patriotic emulation movements. In particular, in response to the writing contest "Uncle Ho with Nam Dinh, Nam Dinh with Uncle Ho", the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc directed the Party Committees at all levels in the Party Committee to organize, disseminate and launch the contest to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in agencies, units and enterprises; all students of universities and colleges; Organize programs to honor advanced youths who follow Uncle Ho's teachings, forums, and seminars to meet historical witnesses who have met Uncle Ho to learn and understand more about the history of Uncle Ho's relics and images with Nam Dinh and the province's socio-economic situation... The Party Committee of the Bloc had 8,137 entries to the Contest; of which, 1 entry won the Second Prize and 2 entries won the Encouragement Prize. The oral propaganda work of the reporting team was consolidated, improved, and operated effectively. The Party Committee of the Bloc assigned members of the Standing Committee to monitor and urge grassroots Party committees in the cluster to strengthen management and education of cadres and Party members to strictly comply with the discipline of speaking and protecting the secrets of the Party and the State; raise the sense of responsibility when participating in social networks; strictly prohibit the spread of false information or the dissemination of petitions with bad content, distortion, slander, incitement, and disturbance. Maintain and improve the quality and effectiveness of the Bloc's Facebook page, orienting propaganda and positive information work on social networks. The Bloc's Party Committee's Facebook page "The Party is a bright star" serves the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views... In addition, the Standing Committee of the Bloc's Party Committee has organized many online conferences to disseminate and study the Party's resolutions and directives, and the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, expanding the connection point to the grassroots. Thereby, cadres and party members have the opportunity to receive direct communication from Party and State leaders, Central reporters, etc., ensuring both full content and study time. To create resources for Party development work, since the beginning of the term, 14 training courses for Party admission candidates have been organized for 1,428 outstanding masses, and 8 training courses for 824 probationary party members. Along with that, the Party Committees at all levels have always attached importance to the training of Party work for cadres and Party members with many innovations in content and methods. Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee has organized 3 training courses on Party building work for Party Committees, cadres and Party members, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period.
Actively innovating political and ideological work has contributed significantly to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of the contingent of cadres and Party members in agencies and units; building affiliated grassroots Party organizations and the Party Committee of the Bloc to be clean and strong. Through annual assessments, the Party Committee of the Bloc has 93% of grassroots Party organizations fulfilling their tasks well or better. The quality of the Party members has changed positively, the number of Party members fulfilling their tasks well or better each year is 97.8%. The work of developing new Party members has made great strides in both quantity and quality; since the beginning of the term, the entire Party Committee has admitted 937 Party members.
To continue to successfully carry out the main tasks of political and ideological work according to the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Bloc, in the coming time, the Party Committee of the Bloc will proactively do a good job of propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws in conjunction with implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the 13th National Congress of the Party; propaganda plans on major holidays and anniversaries of the country. Innovate and improve the organization of research, study and dissemination of directives and resolutions in accordance with the conditions and situation of the unit; be active and proactive in propaganda work, contributing positively to the education of revolutionary ethics, communist ideals, the fight against corruption, waste, negativity, privileges, and benefits, preventing and repelling social evils; propagating the tasks of socio-economic development, security and defense. Continue to lead and direct the Party committees of grassroots Party organizations under the Party to implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW in conjunction with Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the 4th Conference of the Party Central Committee (13th tenure) on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel and strictly handle cadres and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" and regulations on setting examples. Open political theory training courses for Party admission candidates and new Party members. Proactively grasp the ideological situation and public opinion of cadres, Party members and workers, sensitive issues, promptly propose to the Party committees to orient ideological work and coordinate with units to do a good job of ideological work. Proactively fight against and defeat the plots and sabotage tricks of hostile forces./.
