Vietnamese Startup Successfully Raises $1 Million to Develop AI

Startup Filum AI has just received 1 million USD from Nextrans, VinVentures, TheVentures funds, along with 2 strategic investors Tran Viet Hung (Hung Tran - Founder Got It) and Tran Anh Dung (Founder MOG).

Filum AI is a customer experience management platform based on the application of artificial intelligence. According to Mr. Tran Van Vien, CEO of Filum AI, the new capital will help the Vietnamese startup expand its research and development activities, accelerate product development progress and enter the Southeast Asian market.

“ In 2025, Filum AI will focus on developing AI Agents (AI personnel) to help businesses optimize operations, personalize customer experiences and optimize costs ,” said Mr. Vien.

According to DxReport 2024, customer experience is a priority for 38% of global businesses. In an increasingly competitive environment, research shows that 86% of customers are willing to pay more for a better experience.

In fact, the trend of applying artificial intelligence in Vietnamese enterprises is growing strongly, especially in the fields of manufacturing, finance, e-commerce and customer service.

Meanwhile, many other technology startups such as Vaipe and Cinnamon AI are also developing specialized AI products, serving fields from finance, retail to manufacturing.
