Creating Mainstream AI Applications in Medicine

Currently, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the medical field is very rich, but most of it only provides information of a suggestive and reference nature, without legal status, and is not convenient to apply in the community. Should ministries and branches research in conjunction with corporations, combine science - technology - medicine, and create a "genuine" AI application specializing in the medical field to perform the function of public health consulting?
This application integrates proven medical scientific knowledge, with suggested hotlines of the nearest medical facilities and hospitals suitable for the disease condition, so that people can receive "right disease, right place" advice. If there is a reliable medical AI address, people will feel secure in screening for public health. People will be less worried, save time and effort going to the hospital for examination when not really necessary. Medical facilities will also reduce overload and work pressure, thereby improving the quality of service in urgent cases.

In recent times, with the state's breakthrough policies, students have had very favorable conditions to access majors in computer science, AI, network security, etc. However, science and technology are always developing and innovating, so students must always learn and access new knowledge. To keep up with friends around the world, it is necessary to expand the scale of scholarships, support excellent students to study abroad, and create conditions for young people to intern at large technology corporations at home and abroad.
In the era of strong development of Industry 4.0, young people have the need to learn many new fields. The government needs to support open training institutions, popularize fields such as artificial intelligence, semiconductor microchips, quantum technology... At the same time, promote investment in building technology research centers for students and young scientists, giving them space to create and test new ideas to master technology.

Science and technology, innovation and digital transformation are key factors determining the sustainable development of the country. As a lecturer, I am fully aware of my responsibility to build a digital education foundation in professional work and train digital skills for students. In particular, the top priority is to build vivid digital lectures and guide students to flexibly apply knowledge to research science and technology.
However, one of the major challenges of higher education is the lack of connection between scientific research and practical needs. There are projects in which young lecturers and students put in a lot of brainpower, propose promising ideas, and have specific products, but they cannot be replicated in practice due to lack of financial resources. This sometimes causes the author to lose his passion for scientific and technological research. Therefore, I hope that the Government will have policies to encourage businesses to invest in promising scientific research projects in higher education. Through that, young people will have more motivation to nurture and incubate creative ideas in this field.

As a Youth Union officer in the armed forces, I have found that promoting the application of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation has brought many benefits to work. Typically, when exposed to applications or software serving training, data management, and real-life situations, it has helped union members practice and improve their skills more quickly and effectively.
In that spirit, in the coming time, I hope that young people in the armed forces will participate in more science and technology competitions, developing innovative solutions to serve the work of protecting security and national defense. Along with that, there will be many opportunities to attend forums and events connecting union members and young people in the armed forces with experts and scientists to learn more good knowledge about science and technology and digital transformation. This will be very useful for young people in the armed forces to gradually develop more comprehensively, having both knowledge of science and technology and a spirit of innovation, to contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

In the era of national development, digital transformation needs to spread and promote its effectiveness everywhere in the country. And everywhere, young people will be the leaders in guiding and bringing knowledge of science and technology to support people in implementation. However, in order for rural people to change their traditional thinking and quickly integrate into the strong flow of digital transformation, the volunteer youth force in the area must always accompany, diligently support, persevere for a long time and especially need wider coverage.
Therefore, I hope that the Prime Minister, ministries and branches will pay more attention to creating favorable conditions in terms of mechanisms and policies to attract youth volunteers to carry out digital transformation tasks in remote areas. This will help rural areas gradually overcome the barriers of digital transformation and the country's digital transformation will take place comprehensively, without boundaries between regions, without gaps between urban and rural areas.

Bringing rural startup products abroad
Pham Thanh Duoc

The startup movement of rural youth has flourished much more when the application of science and technology in labor and production has been increased. The obvious change is that the number of young people leaving their hometown to work far away has decreased, determined to stay in their hometown to start a business with crops and livestock. However, the application of digital transformation in startups is only significant in terms of technology and mechanics. That is, using modern machinery and equipment to manage pests, irrigation, weather forecasting, etc. to reduce time and effort in care.
Meanwhile, the application of science and technology to build consumer markets and bring startup products to e-commerce platforms is still confusing and awkward. For example, the locality currently has 3 startup products of young people that meet the provincial 5-star OCOP standard (star gooseberry jam, dried banana, dried jackfruit). They have repeatedly expressed their desire to be supported in promoting their image and bringing their products to foreign markets because many people love them. However, this is an issue that the Youth Union is still concerned about and has no experience, so they hope the Government will pay attention and provide guidance.
