Tourism students studying at the School of Tourism (HTi), Duy Tan University are truly assured of the quality when recently, on July 8, 2022, the World Tourism Organization (of the United Nations) - UNWTO recognized 2 training programs:
• International Hotel Management , and
• International Restaurant Management
Duy Tan University has officially achieved TedQual accreditation with a high score of 771/845 points, satisfying 91.2% of all criteria, and achieving the accreditation period of 3 years. This is the accreditation that Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Hong Kong PolyU) - the world's number 1 university in Tourism and Hospitality on many rankings - has chosen to accredit its training programs. Hong Kong Polytechnic University is also the educational institution that has directly guided and consulted for the past 3 years to help Duy Tan University achieve this accreditation.

Most of the training programs in Tourism majors at Duy Tan University are "imported" from Pennsylvania State University, one of the top 50 schools for Economics - Business Administration in the US (according to US News 2022) and one of the top 5 schools for Tourism in the world (according to UNWTO), including:
• PSU Standard Hotel Tourism ,
• PSU Standard Travel and Tourism , and
• PSU Standard Restaurant Management.
Students studying PSU Advanced and High Quality programs at Duy Tan University will receive 19-21 certificates of completion of courses issued by Pennsylvania State University, USA. These certificates are recognized by American universities and are valid for students who want to transfer or upgrade their degrees to a Master's degree in the US.

In each major, students have the opportunity to participate in the Global Student Exchange Program - an activity organized with the desire to bring students to many prestigious universities around the world to acquire specialized knowledge, "practice" "soft" skills, improve foreign language proficiency, and confidently explore the culture of those countries. The Global Student Exchange Program is operating very effectively with a large number of students who have been and are going to France, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Macao, Malaysia, ... on exchange programs of 6 months to 1 year.

Thanks to the dedication of the lecturers in the Tourism sector at Duy Tan University, the school's Tourism students have won many awards as well as had impressive scientific research, typically:
• The scientific research work with the topic "Social media research trends in tourism city context" by two students Ngo Thi Thu Trinh and Mai Ngoc Tram was published in the International Journal of Tourism Cities under the SCOPUS Q1 category on January 25, 2022.
• Duy Tan University's Tourism students are the only representatives in Vietnam to attend "World Tourism Day" for two consecutive years 2020 and 2021 in the Philippines.
• The title of TOEIC Ambassador Vietnam was awarded to PSU Tourism & Hospitality student Nguyen Duong Khanh Nhi with a score of 930/990 in January 2022 and Hotel Management student Tra Quoc Thinh with a score of 905/990 in March 2021.
• National Third Prize and 2 subsidiary awards "Most Favorite Project Award" and "Best Cheerleading Award" at the final round of "ECO-n 2021" in 2021.
• Second Prize of HULT Prize Competition with the project "Disabled People Make Handicrafts" in 2018.
• First prize in the contest "Students try their hand at being a Tour Guide" and First prize in the Talent contest in 2017,
