Recently, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced a list of securities that are not eligible for margin trading. Accordingly, there are 72 securities that are not eligible for margin trading in the third quarter of 2023, the total number has decreased by 5 codes compared to the number in the list announced at the beginning of the second quarter.
These are mainly familiar stocks that are under warning or control such as CJC, CVN, FID, KDM, KKC, MAC, MAS, MST, NDX, OCH, PCG, PEN, PGT, SD6, SDA, STP, SSM, VC9, VCM,...
In addition, the codes ART, DNM, DZM, KLF, MIM, MHL, SDT, TKC, TVC, VE2,... are also stocks subject to trading suspension or likely/already delisted and have their margin cut by HNX in the third quarter of 2023.
Some stocks are not allowed to be traded on margin by HNX in the third quarter of 2023.

According to regulations, investors will not be allowed to use the credit limit (financial leverage - margin) provided by the brokerage securities company to buy 72 stocks that are classified in the list of securities not eligible for margin trading .
