Impressing the community when launching dragon fruit bread in 2020, ABC Bakery brand continues to bring dragon fruit bread to the 2025 Bread Festival.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thao - representative of ABC Bakery's marketing department - said that stemming from the desire to rescue Vietnamese agricultural products, the founder of the bakery researched and created dragon fruit bread.

Although it has been launched for a long time, many diners still come to experience dragon fruit bread. Mr. Thai Quoc (33 years old, living in Ben Tre) shared: "The bread when it is still hot will have a very fragrant dragon fruit smell, this is what impressed me."

Many times the quantity of dragon fruit bread produced cannot meet the number of customers wanting to experience it at the bread festival.

Another variation from MISEN is the combination of Japanese cuisine with Vietnamese bread. This is a noodle brand with 60 years of history in Japan. Coming to Vietnam from the end of 2024, the company has transformed it to better suit Vietnamese tastes by combining Vietnamese bread with Japanese minced meat.

Having won second prize at the 2024 Bread Festival, the Grandmalu's bread stall returns with a bread dish served with sea dragon pearl. Nick Shell, who has lived in Vietnam for 20 years, shared with Tuoi Tre Online: he brought this plant from abroad and planted it on the sea surface so that the plant has a salty taste, making it more delicious when eaten with bread.

"Using sea pearls is better than regular table salt because of its low sodium content, suitable for people with high blood pressure," Nick further explained.

PewPew bread stall also received much attention from young people with long lines of customers waiting their turn to buy. Unlike other bread stalls, PewPew bread cuts off the top and bottom of the loaf of bread to give customers a more complete experience.

With many different prices, from 20,000 VND to over 100,000 VND/loaf, diners can also find salt and chili bread, a new variation of traditional bread, baguettes, pate bread...

Also within the framework of the festival, for the first time, 50 chefs presented 100 seafood dishes with bread. The 100 side dishes were divided into three groups: savory dishes, dipping sauces and spreads. Ingredients used included seafood such as fish, shrimp, squid, crab, and crab, processed and served with whole or sliced bread.
