Vinh Phuc youth have continuously studied, improved their political qualities, cultivated and trained their ethics and lifestyle, and improved their professional qualifications. At the same time, they have actively participated in activities and movements for community life, especially the movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas. Every year, the Youth Union at all levels has launched high-profile volunteer campaigns, demonstrating the pioneering role of the youth such as: "Spring Volunteer", "Vinh Phuc Green Heart Journey", "Winter Volunteer", "Youth Month", "Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign".

In recent years, Vinh Phuc Provincial Youth Union has increasingly mobilized youth union members to start creative businesses, participate in socio-economic development programs, undertake the construction of youth works and community projects. Mobilize all social resources to organize free medical examination and treatment activities; give gifts to poor households, scholarships to students in difficult circumstances; donate clothes, books, supplies, study corners to poor children; support the construction of charity houses, "love classrooms", libraries in difficult areas.
