Nearly 4 million KWA shares traded on UPCoM on December 19

NDO - Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has just announced that on December 19, it will officially list 3.8 million KWA shares of Kien Tuong Water Supply and Environment JSC for trading on the UPCoM market at HNX; the reference price on the first trading day is VND15,600/share.


Accordingly, Kien Tuong Water Supply and Environment Joint Stock Company, stock code: KWA (address at 119 Bach Dang, Quarter 2, Ward 2, Kien Tuong Town, Long An Province) was established in 2007, with charter capital of 38 billion VND.

The main business activities of the Company are: production and supply of clean water for daily life, production, etc.; consulting on construction design, water supply and drainage, and urban works; consulting on urban technical infrastructure design; consulting on construction supervision, etc.

Regarding production and business situation, in 2023, the enterprise recorded net revenue of more than 70.6 billion VND, after-tax profit reached more than 9.26 billion VND (equivalent to the same period in 2022).

By the end of the second quarter of 2024, the Company's net revenue recorded more than VND 21.89 billion (down from VND 28.21 billion in the same period in 2023), after-tax profit reached more than VND 3.01 billion (down from VND 3.8 billion in the same period last year).

On December 19, 3.8 million KWA shares of Kien Tuong Water Supply and Environment JSC will officially be traded on the UPCoM market at HNX with a reference price on the first trading day of VND15,600/share.
