NDO - Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has just announced that it will officially list more than 42.8 million CST shares of Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company - TKV on the listed stock market at HNX on February 10, with a reference price on the first trading day of VND23,000/share.
Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company - TKV, stock code: CST (address at Group 1, Cao Son 2 area, Cam Son ward, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province), established in 2020, the predecessor is Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin and Tay Nam Da Mai Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin.
Cao Son Coal operates mainly in the field of mining and collecting hard coal. The Company's current charter capital is over 428.4 billion VND.
On April 26, 2021, CST shares traded in the first session on the UPcoM market at HNX at a price of VND 17,100/share.
On January 24, 2025, CST shares were deregistered for trading on the UPCoM exchange.
Regarding production and business situation, in the fourth quarter of 2024, the enterprise achieved net revenue of more than VND 2,100 billion (up 31% over the same period in 2023), after-tax profit reached more than VND 6.69 billion (a sharp decrease compared to VND 174.68 billion in the same period last year).
By the end of 2024, Cao Son Coal recorded net revenue of more than VND 9,465 billion (up nearly 20% over the same period in 2023), after-tax profit of more than VND 139.74 billion (down 48.5% over the same period last year).
On February 10, more than 42.8 million CST shares of Cao Son Coal JSC - TKV will officially trade for the first session on the listed stock market at HNX, with the reference price on the first trading day being 23,000 VND/share. The total registered transaction value (at par value of 10,000 VND/share) is more than 428 billion VND.
