On the morning of March 13, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh inspected the Hoa Lien-Tuy Loan expressway project in Da Nang.
Here, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh encouraged, visited and presented gifts to contractors and workers at the construction site.
Reporting to the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, the representative of the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board (investor) said that the project has now handed over 100% of the main route (11.47km), the 20km parallel service road has about 570m left to be handed over. The total value of implementation to date has reached 44.5%.
According to the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board, some of the current difficulties and problems are that the road surface has not been handed over yet. Especially, there is a lack of stone materials.
This unit requested the People's Committee of Da Nang City to direct relevant units to promptly complete procedures to increase the capacity of Truong Ban quarry and give priority to the project in March 2025. At the same time, consider approving the quarry south of Da Son 2 to sell available stone to supply to the project. Direct the Department of Construction to update the price announcement in accordance with the actual selling price at the quarries.
A representative of the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board said that if Da Nang resolves the issue of site handover in March and stone source, the project will meet the set schedule.
Mr. Phan Van Ton, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Vang District (Da Nang), said that the expressway is built along the urban route, and currently there are 24 files of land clearance remaining. Mr. Ton said that recently, the district has actively mobilized people to complete the handover of land as soon as possible.
After listening to opinions from the units, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh acknowledged and highly appreciated Da Nang City, investors, contractors, workers... for overcoming difficulties and making efforts to implement the project in the past time.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested Da Nang City to coordinate with relevant agencies to focus on removing and thoroughly handling some remaining problems, including the issue of stone materials. Hoa Vang District mobilized people to hand over the remaining land before March 29, ensuring the project is completed according to the set requirements.
The Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway project belongs to the North - South expressway route in the East, invested by the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board, with a length of about 11.5km, passing through 3 communes of Hoa Lien, Hoa Son, Hoa Nhon (Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city). The project will start construction in September 2023 and be completed according to the contract in November 2025. It is expected that the expressway will be completed by the end of August 2025. The project has a scale of 6 lanes, the roadbed width is 29m, but in this phase, it will have a scale of 4 complete lanes, the roadbed width is 22m, the road surface is 14m; the total investment is nearly 2,113 billion VND, of which the cost of compensation for site clearance and resettlement is over 951 billion VND. |
