According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Khanh - Director of PC Quang Nam, in the past time, the company has ensured sufficient, safe and stable electricity supply to meet the needs of economic and social development, national security and defense and people's lives in the province. The total electricity output from 2021 to September 2024 is more than 9,247 billion kWh, with an average growth of 8.5% per year.

The company has implemented many solutions applying science and technology in the management and operation of the power grid, and proactively invested in renovating the power system... so the indicators of power supply reliability have improved significantly.

Regarding business operations, up to now, the rate of customers transacting electricity services electronically and the rate of transactions via the network environment of electricity services have reached 100%. The average time to handle procedures of the electricity industry in 2023 and 2024 is 2.04 days/project, much shorter than the plan (5 days).

Regarding investment and development, from 2021 to 2024, most of the construction investment targets implemented by the company have met and exceeded the assigned plan. The company managed to invest 1,093 billion VND, building new and upgrading the distribution grid. In addition, according to the Central Power Corporation, 18 projects with a total capital of over 2,000 billion VND have been implemented for the 110kV grid alone from 2021 to 2025, with priority given to mountainous, coastal and industrial areas. Thus, Quang Nam has received a lot of attention from the electricity industry for investment in development.

Further strengthen solutions to improve the reliability of power supply; safely operate the power grid, paying attention to the undersea cable supplying power to Cu Lao Cham island. From now on, proactively implement the 2025 plan, plan for the 2026 - 2030 period to complete the power grid. Calculate the connection of the power grid with Kon Tum and Quang Ngai Power Companies to exploit the loop circuit to ensure continuous power supply.

In business, it is necessary to proactively notify customers through information channels, without interruption. Continue to practice thrift and combat waste; especially pay regular attention to ensuring labor safety, business cost safety, and information security for sustainable development.
