Mr. Nguyen Huu Khanh - Party Secretary, Director of PC Quang Nam and the company's leaders encouraged the shock force before departure. This is a force that has accumulated experience in overcoming power grid problems caused by storms and floods that occur every year in the province. In particular, many people have participated in and successfully completed the task of supporting the construction of the 500kV line 3 from Quang Trach to Pho Noi recently.

Along with human resources, PC Quang Nam mobilized 7 means of transport, including 3 specialized vehicles and equipment and materials to meet work requirements.

It is known that storm No. 3 and floods have caused severe damage to the power grid in the northern provinces. In particular, Quang Ninh province had more than 1,400 broken power poles causing widespread power outages. According to Quang Ninh Newspaper, after more than 4 days after the storm, by September 10, Quang Ninh Electricity Company had restored power to nearly 45% of the total 59 110kV lines, 50% of the total 180 downed medium-voltage lines, and restored power to more than 134,000 customers. Many places still have no power.
