At the conference, Tam Ky City Party Committee announced and awarded the decision to approve Mr. Luu Duc Loi - Director of PC Quang Nam to hold the position of Party Secretary of the company.

Regarding Party building work in 2024, in the context of many difficulties in the electricity industry, the Party Committee of the company has directed the implementation of political tasks well, ensuring electricity supply, serving well the socio-economic development, national security and defense and people's lives in Quang Nam province. The company has implemented over 2 billion 747 million kWh of commercial electricity, an increase of 9.53% compared to 2023, 4.15% higher than the assigned plan.

The Party Committee has led the implementation of national defense and security tasks well; promoted grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace; excellently completed the tasks assigned by the Central Power Corporation; the ideology, work, and life of workers are stable. Party building work has been strengthened; the responsibility of leaders at affiliated units has been promoted well; mass organizations have operated effectively and focusedly; social security work for the community and gratitude have been well maintained. In 2024, the PC Quang Nam Party Committee admitted 14 new party members, exceeding the set plan; bringing the total number to 342 party members, accounting for 40% of the total number of cadres and employees of the whole company. The Company's Party Committee was recognized by the Tam Ky City Party Committee for achieving the title of "Excellent completion of tasks" in 2024.

The Party Committee set the goal for 2025 as maintaining solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee, strengthening political and ideological education for cadres and party members; continuing to effectively implement Directive 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee on strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality and lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party; leading the supply of electricity to ensure the needs of socio-economic development, national defense and security in the whole province; successfully completing the targets and plans assigned by superiors; maintaining national defense and security work; effectively implementing the grassroots democracy regulations; ensuring the material and spiritual life of cadres and employees. In particular, successfully organize the Party cell congresses for the 2025-2027 term and the Quang Nam PC Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
